Can I order online from your website?

Yes, you can order our products from our website. Find a rug you want to buy and you are just a few clicks away from having it at your home. We hope you will have excellent customer experience with ordering a rug through our website and believe you will be fully satisfied with the quality of our service and products we sell.

How can I check the status of my order?

It is very easy to check the status of your order. Just send us your email address and number of the order and we will track it for you. Also, you can call us or use the live chat on our site that is located on the lower right corner of the window and we will be very happy to check your order for you.

Is there a store where I can see the rugs?

No, we do not have a store. You can only make your orders online through our site. But don’t worry, what you see is what you get, the quality of our rugs is impeccable and you will for sure get the rug that you saw online. We have a warehouse in Miami, but there are just a few models of our products in stock. You will have greater customer experience if you use our site to place your order and we will look forward to make your rug wishes come true.

Can I cancel my order?

You can always cancel your order if it is not processed, but make sure that you do that really fast, because once the order is processed, you have no other option but to receive the order. But don’t worry, if you don’t like the rug that you ordered, we have a 30-day return policy and you can return the rug without any additional cost. Contact us on our phone number, email address or live chat, so we can tell if your order is processed or not.

Can I change my order?

If you change your mind about the order, contact us fast on our email address, phone number or live chat to change your order. The change will be made only if the order is not processed. If the order is processed, you will have to receive the products you ordered. One of the solutions is to return the product after you received it, in 30 days and choose some other rug with the same price of the first one. You pay the difference if the second order costs more than the first.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If we have the rug you have chosen in a stock, the order will be delivered to you in 5-7 business days. In a case we do not have it, you should wait until the product comes in. Once we have your rug in a stock, you will have it in 5-7 business days. Contact us on our email or live chat, or call us, and we will tell you if we have your rug in a stock and how long will it take to deliver it to your home.

Can I Price Match?

Yes. We do offer price matching to most competitors with some exceptions. The product must show as currently in stock and a verifiable link must be provided. Price matching can only be put into effect prior to placing your order.

What if I don’t receive my order?

The chances that you don’t receive your order are very slim, we make the delivery using trusted ways of shipping, so you don’t have to worry about that. You should also take in consideration the weather conditions, holidays, and weekends when you count the days to your delivery, so be patient and your order will probably be delivered with a small delay. Yes, we make sure that the pictures that we put on our website are from the exact rugs that we sell and deliver. But you should take in consideration that when you use gadgets with different sizes like smartphones and tablets the color can vary depending on the screen you are looking at, the brightness and it can change the tone slightly.


Will the size vary?

We do our best to give you the most accurate sizes of our products, but sometimes the size can vary up to 5% of the dimensions that we have listed in the product description. If you believe that the size varies more than that, please contact us.


How do I take care of my rug?

There are several ways that you can take care of your rug, make sure you don’t vacuum it too often, wash it once every few months and make sure you don’t damage it with your furniture. When will a rug be back in stock?

If the rug that you want to order is out of stock, then just contact us to find out when will the rug be back in stock. To contact us, feel free to call us, send us an email or just use the live chat and we will do our best to give you the most accurate information about the rug that you want to order.


Shipping Questions


How much does the shipping cost?

If you make an order that is more than $99 then the shipping is free. No matter where in the USA you are located, the shipping will be free of any additional charge for you as long as the order proceeds $99.


Is the shipping free?

Yes, if you are located in the US and if your order is more than $99 then the shipping is free of any charge. If you are located outside of the US and if you want to make an order, please contact us by calling, emailing or writing to us on our live chat to get more information about shipping to your country.


Will my rug be delivered at my home?

Yes, your rug will be delivered at your home address. We do a Door-To-Door delivery, so you don’t have to worry, just enter the desired address when you are ordering your rug and we will be more than happy to deliver it to your door.


In which states do you deliver?

We make a Door-To-Door delivery in every state in the US, so you don’t have to worry about that, just place your order, enter your address and we will bring your rug to you.


Can I make an order outside of the US?

Yes, if you are located outside of the US you can also make an order and we will ship your rug to you. Just make sure that you contact us by calling, emailing or chatting with us on our live chat so we can give you more information about the shipment.


Can I add expedited shipping for my order?

Yes, if you want to, you can add expedited shipping to your order, but please, before you do that, contact us on our email, phone or just write to us using our live chat, so we can give you more information about the extra charge on your order.


How will you ship my item?

We have a few different methods for shipping, we usually use UPS or FedEx to make the shipment, but if you order a larger rug, then we will ship it using Freight.


Can I refuse delivery of my rug?

Yes, you can refuse to accept the rug that you ordered, but you should be aware that if the rug is new and if it is in perfect condition that you will have to pay for the shipment in both ways. If the rug is somehow damaged, then you can refuse the delivery and it will be sent back to us without any additional charge to you.


Is there a way to track my item?

Yes, just contact us by phone, email or chat and we will give you tracking information about your rug as soon as it ships out. You cannot track your order before it is shipped, so be patient.

What is your return policy?

If somehow you happen not to like the product that you ordered, don’t worry, we have a 30-day return policy. But please, make sure that you inform us about your decision 48 hours after you have received the package. You can contact us by calling, emailing us or by chatting with us on our live chat.


How do I return the item?

Who pays if I decide to return the item?

Unfortunately, you are the one that needs to take care of the payment for the shipment of the rug that you need to return. You also need to be aware that in some cases, a restocking fee is charged as well.

What if the rug is damaged when I get it?

The chances that your rug will be damaged are very slim, but if that somehow happens, do not worry, the only thing you need to do is refuse the delivery and it will be sent right back to us. After we estimate the damage we will send a new, undamaged rug back to you, and it will be free of any charge.

Do you have discounts?

Yes, we offer a lot of different discounts, coupons and we have a lot of different promotions. You can even get a better discount if you have a bigger purchase. So, basically, the more you spend, the more you save. You can easily find out about our discounts and the promotions that we offer by calling us. Do you offer coupons?

How can I redeem my coupon?

Coupon redemption is something that you can do with a few easy clicks. Pick the product that you like, put it in your cart, when you are ready to check out, just open your cart and right under the description of the product you will see a box where you need to paste the code of the coupon that you previously copied. Paste the code number and you will automatically get your discount. You can now check out and get your rug with a discount.
